In The Process of Making Landscape Effect Maps, what Principles to Follow in Choosing The Right Angle?
Renderwow - 3/7/19 18:37
The selection angle of the rendering effect map is similar to that of the hand-drawn effect map, whether it's hand-drawn or software-drawn. First of all, why do you want to do this effect? What are the highlights of the design of this area?
In this step, it is suggested to use hand-drawn method first, roughly expressing the key points. Mark the key areas or nodes in the sketch, all design schemes themselves are very important. If there are problems in the design and there are no bright spots, it's futile to make any composition. After determining the highlights, according to the key points of expression, we can determine whether the effect picture is a person's perspective or a bird's-eye view.
The difference between the two is that: Human visual angle is convenient for displaying small scene (local or node) effect. Usually there is an emphasis in the rendering, such as waterscape, landscape architecture, sculpture, fountain, hydrophilic trestle, lawn, etc.
The bird's-eye view is easy to show the effect of large scenes (whole or partition), usually in an aerial view, the relationship between several partitions or nodes is shown, the relationship between nodes and urban environment, or the spatial contrast between nodes, etc.
Composition
1.Human Perspective
Composition is by constantly adjusting angles, the emphasis of the first two steps should be placed in the middle of the whole drawing, finally, the process of determining the angle of the graph.
(1) Determination of horizon
Usually, horizon has two choices: One-half or one-third of the drawing. The horizon of 1/2 position is easier to show the atmosphere of the scene and the details of some landscape sketches.
One third of the horizon position can more reflect several consecutive scenes, the scene feels stronger.
(2)Place the main scene in the middle of the drawing, at the same time, the important sketches in this scene are placed one third to the left or right in the middle, don't be in the middle.
(3) Adjusting prospects and backgrounds, make the relationship between the front and back of the effect map more prominent.
If Su draws a graph, prospect and background can be increased by PS later. If it's a lumion diagram, try to plant the background trees well, this is more convenient in the later stage.
(4)After repeated adjustments to achieve the purpose of expressing the key points, draw a picture.
2. bird's-eye view
The horizon is adjusted according to the size of the scene. If you have a bird's-eye view of a small scene (view A in the figure below), you can raise the horizon a little, express as much as possible the landscape features of the nodes (scenic spots); If it's a bird's-eye view of a big scene (view B in the figure below), turn down the horizon. express as much as possible the relationship between the site and the surrounding environment.
